Currently at the beginning of Order of the Phoenix, when Harry is accompanied by Mr. Weasley on the way to his disciplinary hearing. And the elevator announces that they have arrived on Level Seven, which is home to a number of different offices, including the "Ludicrous Patents Office".
If I lived in the Harry Potter universe, I know where I'd want to work.
