Not normally the superstar of donuts, but it is the best donut for after-taste.
Pretty good donut while you're eating it. But when you're done, the maple flavor sticks around for some time.
Great for washing red-filling flavor out of your mouth.

I love maple filling. I also love maple glaze. And maple glazed cinamon rolls are a particular favorite of mine. What can I say... maple always did it for me. When I sold Krispy Kreme donuts (in middle school) I always got the maple glazed because they were cheaper than the filled donuts, (although KK had some delicious filled donuts) and they tasted better than the regular glaze. If I had to pick a cheap favorite... Maple would come in second only to Rainbow Sprinkles. And who doesn't love some Rainbow Sprinkles.
It was the maple frosted one. Not filled. Just to be clear.
