Do not shoot hockey picks at people without a helmet.
Apparently as long as they have a helmet, they are fair game. Construction workers. Cyclists. Jockeys. Firemen.
It's OK if they don't have any sort of protection. But a helmet is mandatory.

I made a beautiful and elegant response to this that was written in four part harmony and tetrameter with an ABBA rhyming pattern. Google ate it. So you just get this. And this reminds me of the Tenacious D song. I need to find that album.
